My name
is Joe Nuvolini. I live here in Colorado
Springs. I served in the United States
Air Force from 1957 to 1982 flying the following aircraft.
I retired as a Lt Col, and after 26 more years as a tax preparer,
retired from the Income Tax Center. I then
kept busy writing software reviews for "ComputorEdge Magazine"
until it's demise in March of 2015 and an occasional column,"Nuggets
from Nuvo", in our computer user group newsletter, P*PCompAS's
Bits of Bytes.
For about 14 years in the 1980's and and 1990's, I sang with a
wonderful group called Flipside from which
I have since retired. For the better part of the 2000's I sang
with the show choir, Vocal Fusion.
Let me introduce my family. I was married to the former Helen Sutton in 1963 but, tragically, we lost her in a traffic accident near Naples, Italy in 1975. Our first born is Marie. She lives with her family in Oregon. Son, Nic, is a senior at the University of Washington. Daughter, Sarah, is finishing up grade school and will start high school this fall. Next is Joe III. He raised his family here in Colorado Springs. Joe works for FedEx and is married to Veronica. They have two daughters, Ashton and Alicia. Our youngest is Bobby. He is living in Banks, Oregon. He is putting his Environmental Science degree to good use. Having served as an Assistant Watermaster for the the State of Oregon the past 3 years, he recently accepted a position to manage the Tualatin Valley Irrigation District in Forest Grove, Oregon.
